For the past twenty-five years, Ralph Davies has successfully managed sale transactions of manufacturing, service, retail and distribution companies. He has also acted as a principal in the sale of companies to both privately and publicly held entities. Mr. Davies is an accounting graduate of the University of Wisconsin.

As the founder and President of MBA, William Davies has managed numerous transactions of manufacturing, service, retail and distribution companies since 1980. Mr. Davies' undergraduate concentrations were finance, real estate, and insurance. His graduate studies were in international management at Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

Mr. Hard is an economist specializing in economic development and regional issues. He has extensive experience as an executive for a variety of business associations and was the founder of a consulting business. He has a BA & MA in economics from the California State University, Sacramento.
